I’m Colleen, an early childhood consultant, leadership mentor, and wellbeing advocate. My work is focused on supporting leaders and educators to create calm, connected, and high-quality early childhood environments.

My Journey into Leadership and Wellbeing

My journey into leadership and wellbeing consultancy began long before I ever called it a career. It grew from the everyday moments of early childhood settings, supporting children, guiding educators, and holding the emotional energy of a busy service.

Like many leaders in the early childhood sector, I have navigated seasons of overwhelm, change, responsibility, and emotional pressure. I know what it feels like to juggle compliance, support educators, nurture families, and hold space for the needs of children, while also trying to care for your own wellbeing.

Through my personal and professional experiences, I learned the value of reflective leadership, emotionally intelligent communication, and wellbeing-centred practice. These lessons shaped my belief that strong leadership is not about doing more, but about leading with clarity, connection, and calm.

Today, I support leaders and teams across Australia to build environments that uplift everyone who enters them. I walk alongside leaders with warmth, respect, and clarity, supporting services where educators feel valued, children feel safe, and leaders feel confident and deeply connected to their purpose.
