2. Client Responsibility and Participation

By engaging with Foundations Forward services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and implementation of advice
• Consultancy and coaching are collaborative processes requiring active participation
• You retain responsibility for your own wellbeing and professional judgement
• Outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the control of Foundations Forward

Foundations Forward is not responsible for decisions made by services, leaders, or educators during or after engagement.

3. Wellbeing and Professional Boundaries

You confirm that you are professionally and personally able to participate in consultancy, coaching, or wellbeing-related services.

If you are experiencing significant mental health or medical concerns, you are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support alongside any consultancy engagement.

Foundations Forward is not liable for emotional distress, workplace stress, or personal wellbeing outcomes arising from participation.

4. Bookings, Fees, and Payments

• All services are subject to availability and confirmation
• Pricing, inclusions, delivery formats, and payment terms are outlined at the time of booking or purchase. By proceeding, you agree to those terms
• Payment must be made in full or in accordance with any agreed payment plan. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services without refund
• Foundations Forward reserves the right to update pricing or service offerings at any time

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

• Requests to reschedule sessions must be made within the timeframe outlined in booking communications
• Late cancellations, missed sessions, or non-attendance may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or refunded
• Programs, memberships, and group offerings may have specific cancellation or refund terms, which will be provided at the time of booking and form part of these Terms and Conditions
• Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law

6. Programs, Workshops, and Group Services

Participation in group programs, workshops, or in-person services is voluntary.

You acknowledge that group environments may involve shared discussions and experiences, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed among participants.

Foundations Forward is not responsible for third-party venues, platforms, or services used to deliver programs.

All content, materials, frameworks, documents, resources, recordings, and digital products provided by Foundations Forward are the intellectual property of Foundations Forward unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or share materials without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

• Individual consultancy and coaching conversations are treated as confidential
